01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ht555 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://ht555.vip ("the Platform"). By creating an account on ht555, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. 02 Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the ht555 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ht555 or any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Personal use only: You must be registering and using the Platform for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• Not a problem gambler: You confirm that you are not aware of any gambling addiction or compulsive gaming behaviour that would make participation in online gaming unsuitable for you at this time.

ht555 employs age and identity verification procedures at registration and may request supporting documentation — including CNIC copy, utility bill, or bank statement — to confirm eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of ht555 services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) ht555 account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same mobile number, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ht555 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ht555 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. ht555 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify ht555 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ht555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documents before a withdrawal is processed or when your account activity triggers a review threshold. Accepted documents include a Pakistani CNIC (both sides), a valid passport, and supporting proof of address or payment method ownership where applicable.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ht555 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ht555 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 500 (subject to change; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account).
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your ht555 balance instantly upon successful confirmation of the transaction on the respective mobile wallet.
• Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your ht555 balance, depending on inter-bank processing times.
• ht555 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• ht555 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own service charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000 (subject to change; current limits are displayed in the cashier).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission under normal circumstances. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where KYC verification is outstanding.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from your balance upon withdrawal request.
• ht555 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may require submission of additional documentation.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

ht555 offers a range of bonus and promotional programmes to eligible registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cricket match-day promotions, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time of each promotion.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (as stated per promotion) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%, while slots contribute 100%. Sports betting contributes at a rate determined by the specific promotion. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's detailed terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless stated otherwise. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless ht555 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion details.
• Abuse: ht555 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts, placing hedged bets designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New ht555 players who make their first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are eligible for a 100% match bonus up to Rs 10,000. The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address. The welcome bonus is subject to a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount.

06 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ht555 Platform — including live casino, slots, cricket betting, Shade Dragon Fishing, and Dice — are subject to the specific rules governing each game type, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• RNG Certification: All digital casino games on ht555 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. No outcome in any ht555 digital game can be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ht555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one ht555 account.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, particularly in live multiplayer games.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or conducting any transaction that may constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name or funding your account from proceeds of illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive conduct in relation to your account, identity, or any transaction.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

ht555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account is subject to a chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated by the player's payment provider.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to ht555.

Players may voluntarily close their ht555 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Voluntary closure requests made under the responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are governed by the Responsible Gaming Policy.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any ht555 content without the express prior written consent of ht555. Unauthorised use of any ht555 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ht555 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether or not caused by ht555.
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or connectivity issue affecting access to the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash or EasyPaisa network issues.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy and Data

ht555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data collected for KYC verification, transaction monitoring, and customer support purposes.

13 Amendments to Terms

ht555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ht555 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the complaints procedure set out in Section 15 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under Pakistani law. Where Pakistani law provides non-excludable protections to consumers in relation to online services, those protections shall apply to the extent required by law.
